· PASSPORT AND VISA MUST BE VALID.
· THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH TOURISM UNIT AND THE RELEVANT SPECIALIST DOCTOR WILL DECIDE ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PATIENT'S APPLICATION AFTER A PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT.
· PAYMENT IS MANDATORY BEFORE RECEIVING HEALTH SERVICES.
· PATIENTS OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT THE COST OF THEIR TREATMENT FROM THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES UNIT OR THE BILLING UNIT USING THE HEALTH SERVICE CODES PROVIDED AFTER A DOCTOR'S EVALUATION IN THE RELEVANT SPECIALTY AREA.
· THE PATIENT SIGNS THE NECESSARY CONSENT FORMS CONFIRMING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN INFORMED.
· NO HEALTH VISA CODE OR INVITATION LETTER WILL BE ISSUED.
FOR HEALTH TOURISM PATIENTS WHO ARE IN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES AND APPLY TO THE HOSPITAL THROUGH THE PORTAL (HTTPS://WWW.HEALTHTURKİYE.GOV.TR);
· APPLICATIONS ARE MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE
· RELEVANT DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE PATIENT'S TREATMENT (ANALYSIS, TEST RESULTS, ETC.) ARE REQUIRED.
· THE RECEIVED DOCUMENTS ARE CONSULTED WITH THE PATIENT'S RELEVANT SPECIALTY PHYSICIAN. BASED ON THE RESPONSE FROM THE RELEVANT PHYSICIAN, IT IS DEEMED/NOT DEEMED APPROPRIATE FOR TREATMENT AT OUR HOSPITAL.
· A PROFORMA INVOICE IS ISSUED TO THE PATIENT DEEMED SUITABLE FOR TREATMENT AND SENT TO PATIENT VIA THE PORTAL. IF THE PATIENT ACCEPTS THE TREATMENT FEE, THEY MAKE THE PAYMENT TO THE SPECIFIED HOSPITAL IBAN NUMBER. THEY SEND THE RECEİPT TO ETLİKSH.SAGTURİZM@SAGLİK.GOV.TR. AFTER THE PAYMENT IS VERIFIED BY THE BILLING UNIT, THE PATIENT IS GIVEN A HEALTH VISA CODE.
· UPON THE PATIENT'S ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL, EXAMINATIONS, TESTS, AND ANALYSIS, ETC., ARE INITIATED.
